Each space and project will be assessed individually. Given the needs of each client the process will include a walk-through of the space, discussion of desires for look and use of space, and discussion of fees. Measurements, and photos will be taken and then based on the information gathered a detailed design plan will be drawn up…a presentation board will be created with sources, fabrics, and color recommendations…The fee for this service will be based upon the number of rooms and the extent of the design plan.

Assessment of your home begins at the curb, continues throughout the entire house, and backyard space if needed. A room-by-room written recommendation and itemized list of proposed changes to make your home ready to sell will be provided.
If desired, AsterHouse will implement recommended plan, for full house staging or for selected rooms at our hourly rate. Fee also applies to shopping services if needed.

Schedule implementation of redesign. Begin planning a day away, while we come in and transform your space. A minimum of four-hours is required. the desired look for your space. We will assess all available items and coach you through potential purchases needed .
